Todays Youtube video is all about natural hairstyles for type 4 hair without the use of weaves or extensions.

So far, I have never used weaves or extensions in any of my hairstyle tutorials, and it has been intentional. 

My goal has been to ultimately showcase the beauty of natural hair as a black woman. 

However, this does not mean there is anything wrong with using weaves or extensions. By all means, wear your hair the way you want.

You may also be thinking that I am only saying this because my hair is long, but I have been rocking my natural hair since it was 6 inches long. 

So I know all about wearing my hair short.

Don’t get me wrong; this did not come easy at all. It took years of reassuring myself that I am enough. 

My beauty is enough.

That I have value and all I need in me and with me at this moment to succeed. 

You need to learn this too if you have not already and trust me, you will walk into every room, event or meeting confidently no matter what length your natural hair is.
