How To Make Natural Hair Soft, ALL DAY, EVERYDAY!??

Hi lovelies! It’s Chinwe Juliet here and today we are going to be talking about how to make natural hair soft and how to maintain it throughout the week. ?

Natural Hair FACT

Our hair loves moisture so every product we use on our hair should have at least a little bit of moisture in it. I am not talking about oils , I am talking about moisture. Moisture basically means water so make sure that every product that you have, has at least a percentage of water in it.

Last week I shared a quick hack on how to maintain your hair in 90 seconds and you can view it here. This week however, I made a full tutorial showing you all how EASY it is to maintain Natural hair.
“The one question I get asked a lot about my natural hair is “how do you maintain it?” OR “How is it SO soft?”
For some reason Natural Hair has become synonymous with HARD, UGLY and UNMANAGEABLE. Why? Because people just don’t know how to take care of it. ?
I always say, “If your natural hair is not soft, then there is something you are not doing right in your regimen.”  (Yes, that also applies to 4c Hair like mine. Your hair can also be soft too).
Having said that, there are different ways to maintain and keep natural hair soft but I’ll be showing 2 different but simple and effective ways in the video below.

1st Way To Make Natural Hair Soft

The first product I used in the video is by Taliah Waajid. It’s their Shea Coco Daily leave in conditioner and what I am showing is what I was trying to show you all in my 90 Seconds video. Which is basically how simple and how easy it is to just spritz your hair and walk out the door and still have soft hair.

That’s all you need to do. Literally
Spray it 2 to 3 times in a week and it will be soft.
You can find this product here  and if you live in Nigeria, you can buy it from my own online store (

2nd Way To Make Natural Hair Soft

For the Second method I’m using the same SheaCoco Leave in Conditioner by Taliah Waajid first and then;
the cream which is Lotta Body Moisturise Me Curl & Style Milk . This is absolutely one of my favourite products ever and it just works perfectly on my hair because my hair is thick and the product is also thick and creamy so it just blends quickly with my hair.
Then I am proceeding to use Pure Coconut Oil by Akuba Naturals which is my brand and you can also find and purchase them here.

You can follow me @igbocurls on social media for more tips and shoutout to the brands I used in this video, even my brand haha…
Oh! and don’t forget to download my App on Google PlayStore and don’t forget to Subscribe too (have I said that before? ?I’ll see you all in my next video. Bye!

2 – 3 times a week?? Not on my hair. Needs to be a minimum of 2-3 times a DAY, then we’re talking.

Thanks for the tips though. I love Taliah Waajid’s products.
